More than offering quality, the products must be visually attractive to consumers, via their design and the colors of their packages. Just like in nature, the things we use in everyday life have different colors, and pigments are what make such variety possible.
Technology and production potential.
For the paint industry, LANXESS offers green chrome oxide pigments and iron oxide pigments of the Bayferrox®, which feature the basic characteristics for formulations destined to many different applications.
LANXESS Inorganic Pigment Branch has worked and invested in development and technology to increase its production capacity to 36 thousand tons/year.
The expansion and investment on new technologies favor the production of high-performance inorganic pigments. These are yellow, red, brown and black micronized pigments that allow a faster, easier and more reliable color reproduction for paint and coating formulations.
Customer Service
LANXESS provides to its customers highly specialized production know-how, customer service and technical support, as well as the continuous research and development of technologies.
In the newly-inaugurated Application Field and Show Room, it is possible to perform the final application tests of Bayferrox® pigments and to exhibit and demonstrate pigmented products. This allows the follow-up of the applications regarding bad weather and chemical products action.
LANXESS’ customers may also rely on an efficient logistics that ensures agility in managing information, processing orders and transportation, which are even more facilitated to the products manufactured in the Porto Feliz plant.
